Returns and refunds are valid for nonliving goods only. Packages must be unopened, products must be unused. Food bought by the pound cannot be refunded due to contamination risk.
No refunds on live fish
I don’t sell sick fish. Sick or injured fish are quarantined and treated until they recover. All rescue fish are quarantined for a minimum of two weeks, even if they appear healthy upon arrival. The moment you leave my shop with a live animal, that animal is your responsibility. No exceptions.
